Leadership in the Social Age is an ongoing conversation about how we, as individuals, as organizations, and as communities, aspire to, ascend to, and fulfill our roles and responsibilities as leaders.

It is partially a management blog, although self-management is considered here at least as much “business” management.

It is a partially a marketing blog, though perhaps “social communication” is a better term.

It is a scientific and analytical blog, not only because it looks to provide metrics as evidence of progress, to quantify what otherwise might be “squishy” or soft definitions of successful performance, but also because the ideas contained here can all be adapted to individual situations, then tested and optimized accordingly.

In short, this is a collection of thought-starters, and I hope you will join the ongoing conversation with me in the discussion forums here, as we all help each other improve our collective skills, and our respective communities.

Looking forward to seeing you in the message boards and in person,
